April 20, 2024 - Imagine a softer flavored raspberry with some strawberry mixed in. It’s not a pungent fruit forward Pinot. I don’t get much minerality or earth with it but it is pleasant to drink. I would share this with someone who doesn’t really like red wines an see how they feel afterwards. It’s not heavy at all. Light in tart flavors , med in body. An well made.
the nose is also semi soft I gave it 3 1/2 hours of air before trying it. Maybe I should’ve tried it initially instead of so far along. Just to see what it would’ve given me in the beginning.

Day2 Kept in food refrigerator. In current state the wine is a bit colder than most ppl prefer to drink at this temperature. I’m
Getting a bit more intensity on the nose than yesterday. Still red fruit smells as well as a tiny smell of Coca Cola. Bigger body and intensity on the palate than the day prior. Showing a bit more alcohol as well. It’s like the wine got turned up a notch in all areas. The finish is long An longer than yesterday but a more tart flavor that sits right on the middle of the tongue. Also getting some pepper spice

July 28, 2023 - Flat, but may be early

June 20, 2023 - This was a gift. This was enjoyed at the table during a casual Tuesday rotisserie chicken dinner. The wine is relatively balanced, but is on the heavier and fuller bodied side for pinot noir, including because of the alcohol level. Not 100% sure that blind, I would even recognize it as pinot noir, though admittedly I do not drink this style often, and so that may be the reason why. Pleasurable, just not good QPR ($80+?) for me given the list price and the style.

April 11, 2023 - cherry, strawberries, some funk on the nose. Crunchy acidity. Decent structure. Drink now and the next 5 years.
