Community Tasting Notes 1

May 5, 2023 - Pop and pour. Notes from 2 days open (in the fridge overnight). On the nose: intense cucumber, mint, lime, melon rind, guava: so refreshing. On the palate: fantastic acidity, cantaloupe, guava, tarragon/mint. Lovely density and a very long finish. Wow.
