  February 12, 2011 - Pre-dinner and salad wine (salad was a strawberry, goat cheese, pecan, mixed greens with a balsamic vinaigrette).
  
  Paired nicely with the salad. Neither overly complex nor in your face, but refreshing and good balance of acidity.

  June 2, 2009 - drank a couple of weeks ago. Falls into that catagory of good WA riesling but not in the league of Germany rieslings. Bright refreshing, lemon, residual sugar, some tart acids are about all I can remember.

  August 6, 2008 - Lots of sweet bruised apples, lemon, a lil wood(cork?) w/good acids & a lil chalk. Pretty good dom version of a germ Kab.
