November 18, 2021 - After having had 4 bottles of the Colette, there is some bottle variation. The first bottle was great, but the second bottle was just okay. The third and fourth bottles were both good, but didn't hit the highs of the first.
All in all, I'd say this wine has a good QPR and absolutely worth a buy! It's light, red fruited, and can hold up to move flavorful foods. I'll probably end up picking up a few more to drink over the next few months. -

November 2, 2021 - Very light, nice cherry / raspberry / cranberry and a touch of spice. I'd say it's better than your average table wine, but the winemaker did "encourage you to enjoy this wine in the next year or so, as a favorite table wine with pizza, chicken, Tex-Mex and other spicy and rich dishes."
