January 7, 2023 - Standout elements of this wine include the special Niagara Pinot cherries, gamey-like sanguine quality (nose and palate), and more specially the iodine quality (on the nose and palate) - something I have not experienced in other PN.

June 2, 2022 - Second time having this wine. Pairing with roast chicken and a salad. The wine pours a medium ruby in the glass.
On the nose: iron, red fruits, spices, quite a lot shines through and it opened up as it sat through the glasses with aromas of wet mud.
On the palate: light, medium acidity, juicy with ripe strawberries, and a fish sauce savoriness that I love seeing in Pinot noir. Great wine that can age for several years! -

Rouge moyennement foncé, tendance un peu "brunâtre".
Fruits rouges frais au nez.
En bouche l'acidité est moy+, tanins moy, belle texture, longueur moy, peu de fruits, un peu "végétal".
Moyennement intéressant à ce stade-ci vu le prix (47 $CA).
