February 27, 2024 - Whoa. This was a rando bottle from somewhere that got tossed in the cellar and it way exceeded expectations and is better than many 1er. Lovely nose with lime zest and herbal/pandan-esque notes. Rich and heading to voluptuous on the palate then sticks the landing with bright lemon acidity and mineral elements. Dries down nicely and cleanly. Really balanced. Lovely.

February 27, 2024 - Just stellar stuff every time I drink it; fresh and vibrant, classic Chablis nose though maybe slightly riper; I love it. Natural cork closure.

December 25, 2023 - Drank over four days. Pours a deep straw. It’s all lemon curd, fresh white flowers, and sea salt. The salinity - much to my delight - is absolutely exceptional. This will clearly gain some depth and density in the years ahead to take it to the next level but as far as the precent is concerned it’s on point for those who enjoy young Chablis.
