May 7, 2023 - 醒酒一小时，回塞八小时，闻香有浓郁的白芝麻和打火石的味道，白花和青柠的果香，入口酸度高，酒液咸，矿物感清新，白花的辛辣感混合着柑橘和橘皮的香气，伴随着明显的打火石气息，有着如海盐一般的咸鲜感，后段有植物的微苦和辛辣，余味有残糖感，在冰糖的味道中收尾，莎斯拉这个品种口感很简单，收尾很短，反而被采恩驾驭起来，做出一种水晶般清澈的口感，强烈的矿物感主导，内敛而又高级，漂亮的集中度和平衡感，完全感觉不出来是一个11.5度的酒，喝起来年份很新，还没有太多深度，口感还很新鲜，但已经非常好喝。酒的持久力很强，第二天喝起来口中甜感更明显，没有任何衰减，令人惊艳的一支酒。是德国最会做莎斯拉的人，不知道是不是全世界最会做莎斯拉的人。

October 11, 2022 - Im Duft krosser Bacon und Butter. Karamell. Im Mund schlank, schöne, frische Säure, schöner Schmelz ganz ohne Fett. Zitrone und Salz. Sehr gute Länge. Ein leiser,spannender Wein, der Aufmerksamkeit verdient und braucht.
