July 30, 2023 - 수입사에선 디캔팅 추천했으나 좀 번거로워 병브리딩 및 칠링하여 오랜시간 시음함
다소 복합적이고 레드과실 위주의 다양한 향이 나며 시간에 따라 다양하고 독특한 느낌이 남 다만 초반에 타닌이 다소 강하고 거친데 병브리딩 30분-1:30까진 두드러지지 않아 괜찮았음 물론 약간 차갑게 마셔야하고 온도 올라가거나 병브리딩 시간이 오래경과되면 타닌이 다시 두드러짐 골든타임 같은게 있어보여 오히러 디캔팅하지 않고 병브리딩후 15분이후부터 마시는걸 추천하며 이왕이면 어떤 종류의 음식이든 같이 곁들이는게 좋아보임 나름 개성이 강한 밸류와인으로 볼 수 있으며 현지 가격생각하면 훌륭한 와인이나 수입 및 직구로 구매하는 가격을 생각하면 좀 아쉽고 애매함
