September 2, 2023 - Deep, layered nose. Core of dark berry fruit with a lovely savoury character. Wafts of cedar, leather and tobacco. Full bodied and concentrated on the palate with mouthfilling tannins. Finshes long and savoury. Delicious now but worth giving some air or waiting a while longer! Good value.
WSET Notes:
Deep garnet.
Pronounced on the nose with blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco, graphite, savoury notes and leather. Developing.
Pronounced and dry on the palate. Full body, high tannins, high alcohol, medium plus acidity, long finish.
Can drink now but has potential for ageing. -

Nice cabernet with developed tannins. Got better over 3 days.
Tannings will get more silky with time; slightly drying finish
Very good value for £16 DP from TWS. Can recommend
