  September 2, 2023 - Med (-) ruby color. Med+ aromas of ripe red fruit, black fruit & lots of new French oak spice. Dry but very fruit-forward, consistent w/ the nose. Med acid, med tannins & high alcohol (14.5%). Full-bodied, w/ med to med+ flavor intensity & a med length finish show-casing mostly oak-driven mocha & vanilla. Drinking well now & for the next several years, but really not intended for aging. Pretty good wine, but for my tastes it is lacking in acidity & the oak is overdone.

  July 4, 2022 - Light fruity nose, tasting notes of strawberry, currant, blackberry, coffee, medium body, semi tannin dry finish, very good wine.

  February 27, 2022 - A more classic Pinot Noir, a mix of new world exuberance and old world restrain. High alcohol, but well balanced. Not very complex: red fruit and hints of oak-vanilla. Drink now.
