Tobinski Likes this wine:
April 21, 2023 - Nose: red licorice, nail polish remover, freshly cut grass
Palate: cranberry sauce, rhubarb, stems, tangy acidity
Overall impression: Wild, especially right after opening. What I perceived as whole cluster influence and the noticeable (but under control) VA made this pointed and savory above all else. Yet it remained very drinkable all the way through. A fun detour off the more common pinot noir path. -

April 19, 2023 - Dark red coloring. Strong ripe cherry and raspberry aromas.
There is a strange fizziness to this bottle. Ridiculously strong acidity. Also way too sweet for my liking. Not your typical Pinot, but still well put together and can be enjoyable. Just not what I expected to open tonight! Tart ripe fruits on the palate with a subtle spice on the finish.
Interesting to say the least. But it clearly has some quality behind it. -

April 9, 2023 - A relatively bigger vintage again, with some ripe cherry, a touch of cola, and a tarter cranberry flavor on the finish. Very good.

November 12, 2022 - Blind tasting of Pinot noirs from around the world. Appearance is a bit hazy, med ruby/purple. On the nose, it had some funkiness and was quite sweet with notes of watermelon, raspberry, starburst candy, and pomegranate fragrance oil diffuser. Well balanced on the palate with a pleasant sweetness from the fruit. Med+ finish. Tasty Pinot noir from Baden!

November 12, 2022 - This was an absolute pleasure to drink. The fruit was bright but with a level of richness that I didn’t totally expect. Delicious ripe cherries, bramble berries, ash, and finished with a spicy herbal note.
This was easy and super tasty, a great introduction to these wines.
