January 30, 2022 - Beautiful color but a bit subdued in the flavor department, especially when cold. Mainly citrus and apple notes. Didn’t stand up well to a big meal. Sufficient acidity and just the right amount of oak. The balance really is wonderful. Finish is medium.

December 16, 2021 - The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apple, sandalwood, vanilla and lemon. It tastes like acetic acid, mineral and lemon. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
