February 19, 2024 - GRAND TASTING #2: PnP w/1 hr. glass time. Clear, med bright straw color. Muted nose of mineral, fruit. Notes of oak, age, light/med body, light acidity, pear, vanilla, creamy, drinking blind I would have guessed Chardonnay. Wet stone, integrated. Interesting stuff, Semillon/Sav. Blanc. Nothing off, drink now.

May 8, 2023 - Just like liquid gold. Fresh and exotix. Explosive flavours of lanolin, pear, mandarin, dried tropical fruits, crushed rocks minerals, beeswax, sweet toasty oak. Some honey and nuts. Medium body, round and supple mouthfeel with sharp acidity cut. Everyone loved it.

March 15, 2022 - Brought to drink at Oinsocent during service. The bottle was uncorked and slowly drank through the evening.
The wine shows bright clear youthful color.
The wine needs time to open up in the nose and lose a few cabbage/reductive notes. Then it shows green fruit, pear, a thin almond layer over the ripe fruit. There is an overripe / "dessert" note only to mess you up in a blind tasting
In the palate though, the wine shows a bright and beautiful certain youthful profile, with a a subtle almond base, ripe stone fruit, peach and apricot, silky texture, nice balancing acidity and long finish
Outstanding quality with a nice life ahead

May 27, 2020 - Just getting better. Probably a really good time to drink this, but it’s still got more ... but absolutely delcious. 16 years and going strong.

December 10, 2019 - This bottle was singing. Absolutely none of the oxidation that I noted on an earlier bottle. Limpid bright yellow. Exotic fruit cocktail. No surprise that this has some residual sugar. It doesn't stick out, but it does taste sweet on the balance of the wine. Based on this bottle, this has many years left, but is wonderful now.
