March 13, 2024 - Three predominate flavors citrus (lemon), medium oak with some mineral notes. It is Burgundian in style but without the additional flavor and depth you would hope for. A little weighted on the oak. It was okay! I wouldn't bring it to a dinner or share with guests but would have a glass with my dinner or use it in cooking.

January 21, 2024 - Because my OCD cannot be tamed and I had 2 bottles of 207 left — 1 light green bottle, 1 dark green bottle — I opened up both side by side. Light green with Vinc cork, dark green with synthetic dN branded cork.
Light green is butter, acid, and sharp lemon.
Dark green is pear, guava, vanilla, a touch of salinity. Enjoyable.

December 25, 2023 - Rather stony at first but after 6 hours open in fridge the fruit came out with nice creamy tropical fruits and minimal oak presence. Stylistically in between a typical Oregon and Cali chard. Good QPR. Brown bottle as I understand there has been some bottle variation.
