July 28, 2023 - Eh, it's okay. For $20 I feel like I overpaid. Popped and poured, and followed a glass for an hour.
Notes of leather and cedar on the nose, and some spices. On the palate, the wine is thin, astringent, and acidic - not much in the way of fruit. A medium finish.
None of this points to a _bad_ wine, but the sum total for me was less than I'd expected for the price. Maybe this would be better with food. -
