February 4, 2024 - Drunk over 2 nights with steamed fish in saffron sauce, then with crab risotto. Great match with both - good body and depth to this wine as before, with similar notes to previous bottle.

October 12, 2023 - Very similar to before. Works well with grilled/steamed fish with a sauce - a pureed red pepper, lime juice and basil sauce this time, other time saffron and lemon.
There is nice depth to the wine, almonds, stone fruit, saffron and a hint of spice. Will see how the other two bottles evolve. -

April 22, 2023 - Deep golden yellow. Roussanne nose of spice and some tropical fruit. Quite big in the mouth with long finish. Do not serve this too cold, as it accentuates the bitter note, which is good if not too dominant. It is flavourful, saffron and saline notes.

December 15, 2021 - Random wines tried before service (Oinoscent): The wine shows medium intensity, ripe citrus, stone fruit, wax, mineral, floral notes. The palate is the same, the oak is upfront, flint, full body, long finish
