February 10, 2023 - Off 67PM list. First time trying this native Swiss grape. Initially a little tight and muted but became more expressive with air. Floral and aromatic with some tropical melon fruit, reminded me of a Rhône white with some serious acidity. Oak signature was apparent but integrated well like in a good white burgundy - gave the wine a lovely weight and texture. This producer makes top notch wines across the board.
