Pale golden color.
Delicate and fresh aromas of brioche, green apple, pear, lemon, white flowers, sea and minerals. Round flavors of pear, lemon, yogurt, vanilla, white flowers and minerals.
Dry. Medium- body. Medium acidity. Good balance. Very good structure. Nice complexity. Airy, Powerful and feminine.
Long finish with lemon and minerals.
A light, airy and floral Chablis, citrus driven and feminine. Needs a few hours of air before it starts to show its potential. Best served fridge cold. Better on its own than with food (salmon). Will improve with age. 91/100
