December 25, 2023 - Wonderful balance, green apple, lime zest, mineral yet with an inviting smooth creamy mouthfeel. Good length of fruit, satisfying palate and super enjoyable in a magnum alongside the Christmas feast.

p: medium acidity; slightly oily mouth feel; citrus zest, green apple, slightly bitter - pleasingly - on the back palate; luxuriously long.

June 12, 2022 - A ravishing Chablis which has an exotic and fascinating nose of nettle/hedgerow with some beautifully articulated notes of lemongrass and lime zest. The palate is taut yet approachable with a sharp, green apple flavour profile and a creamy, well-rounded texture. Finishes with plenty of breadth and mineral character. This is really rather delightful.
