January 29, 2023 - Annual Jadot (plus Dau) with Frederic Barnier (RPM Steak): 69/76/77 blind vertical. Beautifully charming and intriguing mature Burgundy aromas, with a palate that follows suit. Still a good amount of fruit but the tertiary elements really shine here. Excellent, but a step behind the other two bottles.

January 29, 2023 - Louis Jadot (& Clair-Daü) Dinner with Frédéric Barnier (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Served blind in vertical. Great color and fill. Charming and complex, but approaching its geriatric stage. It held up nicely through the evening and even freshened up slightly, but it was the laggard of a brilliant trio.

February 20, 2015 - Really terrific aged burgundy. Medium burgundy color and complex nose. Still very fresh, with cherry, wood and earth notes. Complex and long. Great wine experience.
