April 3, 2022 - ery light haze. Golden yellow. Lightly fizzy - spritz. Orchard fruit nose and palate. Apples - golden delicious. Fresh but not oversharp, but with a slight edge of apple skin bitterness on the back palate. Lightly saline. Nice length. Really interesting and certainly well placed as an aperitivo style
