December 10, 2017 - three in; three out. No idea why -1 is shown in program. Just cleaning up.

October 10, 2016 - The color is all cranberry. Plenty of plum, cranberry, earth, sweet tobo spice and something herbal (rosemary? thyme?) in both the bouquet and on the palate. As it usually is, the mouthfeel shades medium leaning light. A wholly satisfying wine. 13.5% alc. Pulled for PMB to enjoy with us over her Fall Break. With homemade angel hair pasta. Recommended

February 15, 2015 - The color is bright cherry on the rim that shades to an opaque blood core. Cherry continues the theme with a bright, sweet distinct profile. But equaling the standout cherry flavor is also rose and licorice with supporting flavors of earth, herbs and chocolate. This is a delight to drink. So glad to have held this for the requisite 5 years. Some sediment on the shoulder and slipping out in the final pour. 13.5% alc. With bolognese with veal, pork and beef. Recommended.
