Community Tasting Notes 8

February 18, 2020 - Solid. A core of anise infused black cherry and scorched earth. Medium bodied, the wine is a nice balance of fruit, medium refreshing acidity and mild tannins.

March 25, 2010 - The nose is subdued. mostly dry earth smell. The color, a deep garnet, clear, pretty. The taste is vegetal to the point where it gets in the way of the fruit. A nice dry finish, not bad, will try with food later

May 14, 2008 - Unfortunately this bottle was ruined - visible seepage through the cork, the cork was waxy, and the wine horrid.

March 7, 2008 - Dark color with nose of plum and raisins. Big and soft. Slight tannins. Cherry and plum flavors with hint of oak & vanilla. Not super complex but good.

March 2, 2008 - Visible signs of seepage. Cork stained full height. Slightly oxidized.
