October 8, 2007 - A pale yellow color, this wine is aromatic with green apple, stone fruit, honey suckle and jasmine notes on the nose. It is a dry to medium dry style, medium heavy body, smooth acidity with moderate flavors and medium finish. On the palate I picked up unripe apple, green pears, and lime. This wine seemed a little rich for a Pinot Gris, it lacked acidity and was close to being flabby. I would like to try a younger vintage. 2/5
