December 18, 2023 - Liked the components but also felt a bit disjointed. Searing acidity and complexity but oddly enough sweetness towards the end which struck me as odd since its Pas Dosage. Regardless it needs more time for everything to come together. Would be more excited to taste this again in maybe 5 years or so. Maybe needs 10 to get to peak?

December 3, 2023 - Champagne Bookclub---bring a top shelf + a still: Not much info on the bottle label. I do know this is without dose, and perhaps without sulfur but I can't be sure. 80/20 Chard, Pinot Noir from plots around Trepail. Pear, lemongrass, green apple with a fresh, long finish. There is a concentration, density here that I really dig. With more air, this becomes juicier in texture, with a creamy-like apple, pineapple, guava and the same lemongrass note. This is terrific, and while expensive, it does for me measure up in terms of the quality.

October 9, 2023 - Le Tour de Champagne tasting (Amsterdam, NL): This is something special! Decanted, very expressive. Complex. Oxidative, pear, honey, nutty. Long. Brilliant. 92-94+

October 9, 2023 - Le Tour de Champagne Tasting (Olofskapel, Amsterdam, NL): Trade tasting, brief note. Not decanted. Marvellous Burgundian vinosité, real depth and elegance, inner peace, poised and elegant but deeply serious, powerful but gentle and flowing, dreamy finish with a whiff of wood. Grande classe. Decanted it was deeper and more quiet, but at the same time more expressive, nuttier, vanilla and red fruit, with great depth on the finish. I prefer it straight from the bottle.

September 9, 2023 - Young, but a decent amount of promise. It’s like a cleaner, more elegant, more precise, more chiseled, and more Burgundian Dom Perignon. Tiny whiff of sweet butter a few hours in. I enjoyed this but it’s not really good value (~$200+) and in my mind I’d rather double the price for something special and so won’t be buying more.
