  July 20, 2023 - a beautifully built chardonnay with a muted nose of white flowers and green apple. on the palate, the wine is light and lithe with hints of stone fruit and an overlay of minerality and salinity. great acidity and a modest use of oak keep the wine in balance. opened up nicely over a two hour drinking window. a wine of precision and elegance. loved it

  June 4, 2023 - This just evaporated from our glasses. Decanted and gave it half an hour in the fridge to open up. When the wine came up to temperature, it showed brilliantly. Yellow apple and pear, some white flowers, some chalk, melon, excellent use of oak. Like the X-Omni I tried a few years ago, this had great acidity. I bet this will taste even better in a year or so, but I already love it now.
  
  Definitely no smoke taint here by the way!

  February 25, 2023 - First time trying a Morgen Long - it’s excellent and in a style I prefer. Like a cross between Chablis and a less “plump” Liquid Farm (which is already a leaner style that we love). Will definitely need to get more to try!
