Very comparable to a top Chablis which to me is high
praise..clean precise notes of citrus fruit, sea shells,
Finish is tad stone fruit, citrus lemon lime,
Minerality and bracing clean acidity…

December 15, 2022 - Lime, lemon, minerality, nutty, medium toasted barrel. Clean and precise. Medium-high acidity and good structure. Long mineral finish. Delicious.
