June 8, 2011 - Very earthy, very yeast on the nose. 80% Pinot, 20% chradonnay, bright across the back of the palate, lingering finish, ok at $30.

June 4, 2010 - Strawberry, raspberry, and toast. Could have a bit more brightness, but a nice sparkling rosé as is.

April 11, 2010 - Pleasantly surprised by this bottle.
Nice nose of strawberry and rapsberry with a little toast. Strawberry and raspberry fruity flavors but dry. Also has toasty flavors from contact with the lees. The quality of the fruit is good.
It's all pinot noir. For my palate it would be nicer with cisip chardonnay added for more structure and to contain the fruit. Nice American all pinot noir sparkler, 86 - 88.
