April 14, 2024 - 👃 Underripe morello cherries, ripe raspberries, violets and sage

👅 Light- to medium-bodied (ABV 12.5%) with lively (m+) acidity, velvety well-behaved tannins and juicy lingonberry on the palate. Black tea on the medium finish.

    👀 Pale garnet

February 3, 2024 - As previous note with the exception of the acidity, now more rounded.

November 26, 2023 - Garnet, low intensity. Developed, low(+) intensity nose. Delicate with floral notes, kernels and sour red berries. On the palate dry, high acidity, medium(+) tannins, grainy and polished, medium body. Nuanced flavours. Cranberries, dried herbs, wet stones. Austere, mouthfilling with emery texture. Very good length with cobweb impression in the afterfeel. Energy.
Followed over three days, at its prime day one and rather dull day three. Will drink remaining bottles over the next two years.

January 6, 2022 - Youthful and a bit closed day 1. Lovely evolved with floral notes day 2. Day 3 declined in attraction. Generally, taut, slim body with distinct acidity and medium tannins. Finely textured with nice mouthfeel. Will wait a year for next bottle.

December 22, 2021 - Light red color. Red berries on the nose. Juicy but noticeable tannins. Short but grippy tannins that stay for awhile. No masterpiece but I really enjoy it. Probably good with a selection of salumi, bread and olive oil. On personal taste alone, I should maybe rate it higher.
