September 30, 2014 - Popped and poured. Synthetic cork. Mild butterscotch/vanilla aroma. Straightforward flavors of lemon and butter. Short finish. No major flaws, but it's tired. It's possible there wasn't much there to begin with. Lacks the flintiness and vibrancy one looks for in Chablis. This is indistinguishible from Macon, and I've had much more interesting Macons at less than half the price.

December 18, 2013 - Nice, deep, rich, golden color. Nose of hazelnut, saline, sourdough bread, baked apple, and smokey oak. Medium+ body, bright acidity, medium finish, and flavors of lemon and lime, green apple, pear, mineral, and an irony, oxidative note. Not blowing me away, but enjoyed it. Pair w/ seafood.

July 24, 2010 - Chablis, Melville Clonal Blending and The Round 3 Let 'Er Rip (My House In The South OC): Generous, with softer tones and a broader palate than some of the more laser-like Chablis what was arrayed around this. Not overly complex but nice.

April 11, 2010 - light mineral burgundy. Pretty nice.
