  January 20, 2024 - Decanted for 1 hour. Heavy on the darker fruits. Alcohol is present and dEfinately not tardy for class. Tannins don’t seem to be missing class either. The acidity is there but I feel the tannins are taking a bit more of the weight of the wine. It’s pretty balanced other than that. Extremely opaque. U can’t see through this with a flashlight. Dark fruits an red fruits are what I’m tasting an not much of the terroir Think the wine could use a few years of bottle age

  June 20, 2022 - Still needs to settle. Heat stays throughout the tasting. Good fruits. I just feel it will be better later
