July 24, 2022 - Pale straw in color. Lemon, white underripe peach, nectarine, underripe melon. Salinity. Crushed rocks, slight creaminess. yeastiness. Light white flowers. On the palate, underripe citrus and tree/stone fruit. Fresh and crisp but acid is not overpowering. Not super complex, but balanced. Good with cheeses and seafood.
