April 28, 2022 - Very nice traditional (blend and method) sparkling, the body surprised me as I was expecting it to be a bit lighter but I enjoyed this extra weight. Very flavorful, citrus forward but also offering the expected toasty and bready qualities of the lees. Yummy.
