  June 20, 2022 - Dark gold; some shrooms, key lime, lime peel, peach pit, chamomile; med body, med- sweetness, RS mostly resolved with some moderate sweetness, certainly not dessert level; mod+ acid but not high; very nice, good age on this, could have been better 2-5 years prior but certainly not oxidized, actually quite pleasant and maybe just slightly premature age although would need to compare with another bottle. Good despite wet cork which broke in half and fell into the bottle. One of the first "collectible" bottles I ever bought I think in 2003 at San Antonio Winery wine store. Shared at Monopole. 91-92

  June 24, 2021 - Dinner at La T (La Trompette, London): Richer and somewhat broader than the Zilliken. Nicely sweet with good balancing acidity, but perhaps lacks a little focus in the company. Suspect this would have benefited from a bit more air and attention. ****

  是酒庄的晚出庄版本。无论从颜色还是味道上都显得相当年轻。淡黄色而不是通常这个年纪的金色。刚开瓶有经典的雷司令汽油味，大约十多分钟后散去。气味非常轻盈，让我想到菊花茶。口感更多是柑橘为主，像是吃新鲜的橘瓣。甜感不高，以今天的标准可能要归类为Kabinett，但这使它更易配餐。我搭配了海鲜色拉，很和谐。陈年给了它油润感和层次，但非常强大的酸度同时又使它非常活跃。不适合独饮，但绝对是配餐能手。正在愉悦性上佳的阶段。

  December 3, 2019 - Mike's Riesling Dinner (The Glasshouse): Really very different to its flight-mates from '90 and '05, this was lithe, light-bodied and refreshing. Dominated by citrus rather than tropical notes - lime cordial and lemons. Good wine, but not what I want or expect from an Auslese.
