Very intense on the nose with fresh notes of red berries and subtle aromas of white fruit with sweet spices. Too vibrant in the mouth, fresh but quite soft. Accelerated acidity. Abrupt finish. Cleansing effect.
Por copas. Un blanc de noirs elaborado con garnachas procedentes de la Rioja Alta con un envejecimiento de 15 meses en barrica. Burbuja intrusiva. Muy intenso en nariz con notas frescas de bayas rojas y sutiles aromas a fruta blanca con especias dulces. Demasiado vibrante en boca, fresco pero bastante suave. Acelerada acidez. Final abrupto. July 3, 2022 - By the glass. A single varietal made with red grenache as a 'blanc de noirs', again the suspicion that only the discarded grapes used for other wines of greater level. This is a simple, fresh and direct sparkling. Excessive carbonic content to be considered a kind and tasty cava.
Por copas. Un monovarietal elaborado con garnacha tinta como un ‘blanc de noirs’, de nuevo la sospecha de que se emplean sólo las uvas descartadas para otros vinos de mayor empaque, es un espumoso sencillo, fresco y directo. Excesivo grado carbónico para ser considerado un cava amable y sabroso.
