May 16, 2021 - Eine vergessene Flasche in meinem Weinkeller. Kannte den Wein/das Weingut nicht, hatte ihn wohl damals (1997) als Einzelflasche gekauft. Überraschend frisch, schöne, nur ganz leicht ältliche Farbe. Anfangs etwas eckig und säurebetont, trotz des Alters, später milder, fast samtig. Nase eher verhalten, schnell verflüchtigender marmeladiger Weichselduft und etwas Minze. Dann nasses Heu. Geschmack verhalten, dennoch recht fein, wenn auch etwas spröd. Für das Alter noch recht eindrücklich. Zu Poulet aus dem Ofen getrunken.
