July 9, 2023 - Medium/dark red color. Subtle flavors at first, but after 30 minutes, opens up with spice, dark raspberry flavors. Medium finish.

October 25, 2022 - 80% stems here as opposed to the last wines' 60%. And this sits up ontop of the hill. Super windy and lots of clay. Ripe to over ripe black fruit with some green notes to it as well. Like a super ripe savory note to it.

June 13, 2022 - Medium plus garnet red with a ruby core. Black currants on the nose with cherries and a touch of twigs (makes sense with the 80% whole cluster inclusion). Well rounded palate with medium tannins and acidity (5.5/10) and medium plus body. Cherried stems on the palate with black currants. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2030.

May 30, 2022 - Wonderful aroma of black cherry and currant. Not very complex on the palate with notes of black cherry, fig, and allspice. There is a nice long finish with a hint of grippy tannin that makes this Pinot very enjoyable. Very well balanced.

I have to disagree with WineKnut. I tasted this with the 2020 Melville Estate and went home with the Block M. While I prefer the Block M, I would agree that the Estate has a higher QPR. Maybe I just like the nose. Don't drink it, just smell it.
