March 13, 2022 - I am clearly a long way away from what I normally drink with this wine. First Australian Pinot Blanc and a very positive surprise. Beautifully complex nose with pear and apple and a mineral touch. On the palate, more full-bodied than you would expect due to its 13.3% alcohol but overall balanced between the fruit, minerality and a saline mouth-watering finish. I find it difficult to judge if this should age further, it was certainly a pleasure to drink now. Quality wine, glad I tried it.
