August 3, 2022 - Dark ruby. Smelled cassis and a whiff of eucalyptus; tasted black cherry, vanilla, and a reprise of the smells. Lots of oak balanced by lots of fruit. Big and fruit-forward for sure, wears out its welcome a bit by the end of the glass as it is rather simple; still good value. Finishes fruity and medium length. Decanted 30 minutes.

June 5, 2022 - A touch more subtle on the nose compared to other vintages. Blue and black fruits with spices and some fresh herbs on the palate. Savoury grilled meat and good density as it transits to a deep finish. Need some decanting to bring out the finer nunaces. Tannins are still prominent for now.

Blueish in taste and surprising smooth with dark fruit. Not as intense or deep but not far at all.
