April 25, 2024 - Nose: cigar box. Spiced wood. Leather. Fruit is more subdued but darker. Plum, boysenberry. Medium intensity. Nice aroma upon opening.
Palate: high intensity of flavor. Medium acid and medium tannin. Mouth continues to water after the finish. Some savory notes and woody notes. Tobacco leaf. Earthy components dominating. Nice upon opening. -
