April 16, 2023 - Intrinity is always a special wine, I think they only produce 6 cases, made from their "best of the best". When we visited the Winery in October, they recommended a drinking window ending in 2025. Having opened last night's, I think I'll opened my final bottle later this year rather than waiting. Always a tasty wine - honeyed white peach, vanilla custard, lemon zest, touch of butterscotch and some nice acidity. Still drinking well but anticipating a closing drinking window.
