February 15, 2024 - Excellent natural Chardonnay from the Seckinger brothers with an intense combination of chalky minerals, cocos-vanilla notes from new 800l oak barrels, peach, light yeast, and green herbs.
Much more complex than their entry level Blanc pure wine, which we tried last month.
