January 1, 2024 - Took to a NY Eve party where it's dry, no-dosage style with tiny, persistent bubbles was riveting and welcome compared to the sweeter, frothier bubbles brought by others. I'm sad this is my last bottle.

March 31, 2023 - Actually 2016 vintage though made/marketed as NV. Medium gold color and crisp, refreshing with hints of white grapefruit. Good value.

January 21, 2023 - Opened this late so not the best notes but really drinking well despite being quite young. Sweetness on the nose, honey and caramel, zesty citrus and apples on the palate. Would buy again

September 3, 2022 - Aromas of ginger, mineral, shortbread and hont of caramel. Flavors of mineral, shortbread, marmalade and cracker. Enda with a 15-20 second finish.
