June 23, 2022 - Delicious, fresh and complex. Straw in the glass, pronounced aromas and flavors, nose of apple and stone fruits with a hint of blossom, palate is dry effervescence is soft and pleasing, fuji apple, pear, nectarine, rocky minerality, note of perfume, bit of toasty yeast, acidity is high, medium body, long finish. One of my favorite sparklers in quite awhile.

Very nice. Light but beguiling. On the gentle side but very compelling. Did fine in fridge for a night under N2.
