March 9, 2024 - Melon and honeydew notes. Acidic, refreshing. Second day tasting-feels slightly less acidic and gives the sensation of the juice of a honeycrisp apple right after biting into it. Delicious.

February 17, 2024 - Very similar to previous bottles and no sign of ageing beyond plateau stage yet. The nose is grassy but on the palate this is a comparatively rounded NZ SB so is definitely not a typical example. We drank it with Italian style seafood risotto but even light chicken curry would make sense. Is this a NZ SB for people who don’t like NZ SB?

January 5, 2024 - Not being a fan of Sauvignon Blanc I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Guava, rockmelon, none of that cat's pee smell associated with new world Sav Blanc. Good wine would buy again. Drink now.

December 31, 2023 - A well balanced sauvignon blanc with black currant leaves, gooseberries and tousch of tropical fruit. Everything is in place in a very good balance.
