February 20, 2022 - Pale lemon colour.
High intensity aroma of green apple, pear.
Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol. Medium+ body. Medium intensity flavour of apple, pear, very minor malolactic. Medium finish.
Not a California Chard but not quite all the way to a crisp and clean Chablis for oysters. Still fuller bodied.
