February 22, 2024 - Glou glou. Not great. No indication of any kind of sangio typicity, but that’s not what it’s going for. Slam it back and try not to get sick. Strawberry candy and tingly carbonic mouthfeel.

Gets jammy as it warms, but no improvement ‘served chilled’ as the label indicates, metallic and sharp. Small temperature window where it’s almost drinkable. Bleh. Gross.

July 26, 2023 - A nice crushable (and chillable) summer red, although I preferred it more the more it warmed up.

July 26, 2023 - The carbonic Sangiovese was a hit last year. Sniffing raspberries, strawberries, granite rock-licking

Pomegranate, strawberries, tomato, violets, bit minty. Less fizz than last time. Light bodied, high-ish acidity, goes down without bite.

July 19, 2023 - Bright and fresh, calming down a little bit and finding itself.

June 10, 2023 - Needs to open up a bit for the bubble gum and natural funk to blow off, but once it does it’s quite enjoyable. Smoky and earthy but lifted and crunchy. Great acidity, nice balance. Strawberries and orange peel, nice long lightly tannic finish.
