August 18, 2019 - Snow White color. Vaguely starchy nose. Silky texture with a citrus and rice tang to it. Viscous texture and the citrus zest dominates the finish.

March 26, 2015 - Creamy white. As nigoris go, this is relatively dry. Some Melon and mango fruit, light banana. Fairly creamy texture, medium bodied. Nice.

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Cloudy looking throughout. Nose and palate were a bit sweetish in nature, not something I typically seek in a sake. Banana like aromas and flavors. Easily my least favorite sake of the tasting.
