  February 3, 2024 - Mmmm lovely. Kinda like if a smoothie was a wine. Nice and smooth. It doesnt really smell strongly but I would describe it as sugary soy sauce.

  November 20, 2022 - Again - i think my favourite vintage of this wine. Just a hint of oxidative notes, on both the nose and the palate. There's a lovely mouthfeel, some creaminess, perhaps not the same level of oxidative oomph I perceived last time (this certainly isn't going to take the place of your Gravonia) but there's a welcome complexity to it - like a mostly very well behaved white Rioja. One glass served with coravin while cooking the dinner.

  August 3, 2022 - More oxidative, more structured than previous vintages - this seems like a real step up in complexity and depth. Would be intrigued to taste this alongside Gravonia and Musar Blanc - I think it would stand up well. Grown up wine for grown up people - sad I only have five left...

  December 22, 2021 - This is a interesting wine. possibly excellent. We found it was a grower, on opening seemed mid 80s, the longer since opening rhe better, not that it lasted long!
  Almost nutty on the nose (if not too chilled), on taste a zesty aspect but not dominating, slightly salty, really yummy. Suggest opening 30mins before serving.
