March 24, 2024 - Pale lemon, with only a slight hint of age.
Fragrance of lemon curd, cottage cheese, honeysuckle and pear.
Flavours follow the nose, citrus zest and lemon curd with some pith and talc. Acidity is good and length persistent. Has an aura of age, softer flavours, a little crimped, a mellowness, but still the bright citrus and minerality shines. Delicious drinking but on its gradual slide.

May 25, 2023 - Warm year, open. Shows a bit of age, dropped off a bit quickly though.

November 6, 2022 - PNP. Light yellow color. Extremely clean and pure Chablis nose, lemon infused rainwater with a touch of iodine and sea breeze. Light weight palate, some sweet lemon fruit followed by a chalky, lemon rind finish.

July 9, 2021 - Great tension, aromas and mouthfeel. Can't remember the precise flavours, but easily the best Chablis I've had.

February 7, 2018 - Medium yellow. Lemon oil aromas. Medium weight, fine texture. Lovely tart yellow citrus and good acidity if not the most mineral Chablis ever. Fully mature and giving its all. An excellent 2006, by which I don't mean to damn it with faint praise.
